Refunds

14-day refund requests
You may request a refund within 14 days of purchase. Send the email address used for the purchase and your order number to support@example.com. Requests are reviewed promptly and remain subject to applicable consumer law.
Payment processing
Purchases are processed by our merchant of record. Approved refunds are returned through the original payment method and may take additional time to appear, depending on the payment provider.
Your legal rights
This policy does not limit any mandatory cancellation, withdrawal, warranty, or refund rights that apply where you live.
